Sous Chef

• Support the Head Chef, maintaining the standards of both kitchen:  
  the Te Weka à la carte restaurant and the Snappers Café Bar.
  Manages the kitchen for the head chef in his /her absence.
  Assists with purchasing. Managing of wastage and spoilage.
  Operation of the kitchen for excellence: Cleanliness and hygiene, occupational health and safety and staff training.
  Quality of food standard maintained.
