Contact our Functions Co-ordinator by phone or email. She will go through your early planning and make a tentative booking for you to hold the dates you require until the next steps are completed. She will agree with you how long this tentative booking can be held before release.

Once you have discussed your plans with the Functions Co-ordinator, she will send you a quotation for your wedding and a contract for your signature. This will list all your costs and advise the amount of deposit required. It outlines all the conditions of the service agreement.

Once the contract is signed and deposit is paid, we provide our Portage Wedding Planner and then we commence organising your magical day with you.
